What would have become of His world if man had been obedient to the Lord?
If he and his companion had remained faithful to our Father’s covenant?
If he and his descendants had walked a moral straight line?
If we cherished, respected, and followed the way of His commandments?
Would our eyes be open, able to see the plan of His design?
Would we still need, require, or remember free will?
Would the masses have asked for a king?
Would the serpent have walked upright?
Would His Son have walked among us?
Would we have been exposed to life’s struggles and hardships?
Would our prayers surface, or would our longings go silent?
Would we learn about hubris, or lack the lessons learned from grit?
Would we have experienced joy and love as He saw fit?
Our Father created a living masterpiece, a world built for His pleasure.
In His world we are broken by design. Living stones to be carved upon. Chiseled and hewed by life, His plan, made as solely desired by His hand.
In His world we are eroded by sin. Though through His living water, salvation lies before our final resting place.
In His world, our lives seem immense, yet our remnants are but a grain of sand in His mosaic of creation.
Be grateful, for this is His will and He is always present in His world.
